After all this travel over the last month, living out of a suitcase and eating from not so perfect menus (but oh so delicious), I’m in dire need of a helping hand back to balance. And as easy as it sounds to just dive back in to the juicing and the steamed veggies, in times like these I need yoga. This weekend is going to be the perfect time to reconnect with myself and S-T-R-E-T-C-H. Ommmmm.
