As I mentioned previously in my "Finally, I'm Back Om" post, it has taken every ounce of energy to get back into the swing of things after my weeks away.  So, over the past few days, I've tried to take a break from the desk and spend some time with my thoughts. A battery recharge, so to speak. A step back. A slowing down. A time to breath (the yoga has really helped with this). I feel sooooo good! I'm full of ideas and creativity! And, after giving myself this little bit of time, a little tid-bit has stuck with me. I love it. Hope you love it too:
