Wee Ireland

Although I am half Irish (on my mother’s side), I’ve never been to the Emerald Isle.  But, I am happy to report, that I just got back from a trip with friends, to my half-ancestral homeland.  We stayed in a Georgian Manor, walked the downs of Donegal in the rain, saw incredible views and ancient monuments.  Oh, and we also ate way too many potatoes, sat in countless old pubs, and drank countless pints of Guinness and Bailey’s and laughed till our sides hurt.  All of this, bookended by classic Irish live music in Dublin.  I can’t wait to share it all, but here is a snippet, just to get started.  Stay tuned for more!
